APPROVED VENDOR PAYMENT ONLY
This payment is for one approved 5×5 Mini Booth vendor space at the Lunar Mystic Market on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Handmade Mystic in Gulfport, Florida.
Mini Booth spaces are designed for vendors with smaller displays and product offerings.
Please do not purchase this vendor space unless you have already been approved by Handmade Mystic through the vendor application process.
Vendor Responsibilities:
• Bring your own table, chair, lighting, extension cords, and display materials.
• Pop-up tents are generally not permitted in 5×5 spaces unless specifically approved.
• Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
• Vendors must keep their space clean and remove all trash at the end of the event.
• Setup instructions and arrival times will be emailed prior to the event.
• No early breakdowns. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event unless approved by event management.
Please Note:
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Handmade Mystic.
• This payment does not guarantee acceptance. Approval must be received before payment is submitted.
• Unauthorized payments may be canceled and refunded less applicable processing and administrative fees.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have been approved as a vendor and agree to all event rules and requirements.
