Because our items are handmade, custom-selected, and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, preference, sizing, or appearance.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or the carrier selected at checkout). We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will gladly provide any documentation you need to support your claim with the carrier.
If you believe you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
